By accessing or using the TAOS Affiliate Operating System ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TAOS.
To use TAOS, you must:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach. TAOS is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Prohibited Activities: You may not use spam, misleading advertising, or unauthorised trademark usage to promote products. You may not engage in click fraud, cookie stuffing, or any form of artificial traffic generation.
Content Standards: All promotional content must be accurate, lawful, and not defamatory. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with advertising standards in your jurisdiction.
Commission Structure: Commissions are earned according to the published tier structure. Payouts are processed on the schedule outlined in your affiliate dashboard. Chargebacks and refunds may result in commission reversals.
TAOS and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Platform. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for its intended purpose. You may not reverse engineer, copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Platform without written permission.
TAOS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific earnings, traffic volumes, or conversion rates. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TAOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will be revoked and any pending commissions will be paid according to the standard payout schedule, subject to verification. Provisions relating to liability, intellectual property, and dispute resolution survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in London under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or platform announcement at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
